I’m a career coach with a unique and well-rounded background, combining over 20 years of experience in personal coaching and fitness, 17 years in high-performance sports coaching, and the past 5 years supporting clients as an employment counselor and career coach. My approach is client-centered and holistic—I’ll help you navigate career transitions, strengthen your job search strategies, and plan for your professional growth.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and a diploma in Social Work.
